Databel, a fictional telecom company delivering a comprehensive range of subscription-based businesses such as calls, and data services for local and international customers.
The objective is to gain key insight and analyze trends to determine,

iii)Do the different data plans affect the churn rate?

v)How does these trend influence how to reduce churn?
Duplicates: No duplicates found in the data set
Missing Value: Values missing in the “Churn Category” and “Churn Reason” columns, which pertain to customers who churned, were substituted with the label
Demographics: From the column Age, values less than 30 were mapped to “Under 30”, values above 65 to “Seniors” and the remaining values to “Others”.
I utilized powerBI for data analysis, enabling me to examine the data, assess relationships, extract valuable insights, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the dataset.
